Refund Policy
When necessary we will do our best to work with customers to provide partial or full refunds of any payments when Tailored Towing deems that it is necessary. We will review all circumstances on a case by case basis however, this refund policy does not guarantee that a refund will occur for any reason. Towing services and roadside assistance involves an element of risk of damage to your vehicle. We will not issue any refunds if damage does occur even if the damages are a result from negligence on our part. Payment for services authorized prior will not be refunded even in the event that the service was not completed. Once the driver arrives on scene to a call the payment will stand. Any refunds for canceled transactions must be called in before the driver arrives on scene, otherwise the customer is still responsible for the payment of services, in full, even if services aren’t rendered.
